agree to pay
all applicable fees, charges, and taxes associated with your account in a timely manner.
Payments & Pricing
- All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Toyaja Software reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in case of
failure to pay
applicable fees.
- Fees and pricing are subject to change at Toyaja Software’s discretion.
- Toyaja Software reserves the right to modify or revise fees or pricing at any time without prior
notice.
- Any change in fees or pricing will not affect prices contractually agreed upon for the duration
of an active
written agreement or contract.
Toyaja Software reserves the right to terminate the account of any User who is the subject of three or more
notices of claimed copyright infringement as described above.
Refund Policy
- All fees once paid are strictly non-refundable, whether in full or in part.
- No refunds will be provided for unused periods, partial usage, downgrades, or early termination of services.
Cancellation & Termination
- Customers may cancel the service at any time by providing written or electronic notice to Toyaja
Software.
- Upon cancellation, the license and access to the software will be terminated with effect from the
cancellation
date.
- As per the refund policy, no refunds will be issued upon cancellation, irrespective of the
remaining
subscription or license period.
General
- Continued use of the service after any fee or policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- This policy forms an integral part of Toyaja Software’s Terms of Service.
